This version 1.3.1b fixes the problem that Lovely Composer does not boot in some Windows environments. (included VC runtime)
If you don't have the boot problems, you don't need to update in a hurry. Also log files are now output under the log folder. And the executable file reduces the file size by compressing .
There are no changes in the Linux version.

Thanks for the update, i now runs fine on my win7 64x OS! I also like the config tool for midi and audio card related stuff. Keep up the good work!
